Shipping Policy

At Astra Fortunae, we're pleased to offer FREE shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All orders are packed and shipped from:

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Processing Time: Up to 3 business days
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed beginning the following business day, which may add one business day to the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

All orders ship free of charge using one of our trusted shipping carriers.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier selected and your destination. Our standard shipping service may include USPS Ground Advantage, which is generally our slowest delivery option. Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Estimated transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package throughout its journey.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship every order promptly, delivery times are estimates only. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery schedules. Astra Fortunae is not responsible for delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has entered processing. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll gladly work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue
