Returns & Exchanges

✧ Due to the nature of body jewelry

For hygiene and safety reasons, all body jewelry sales are considered final once worn or handled beyond initial inspection.

✧ Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Approved defects may be:

  • Replaced
  • Repaired
  • Issued store credit

Photos may be required for evaluation.

✧ What Is Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

We do not accept returns or offer replacements for:

  • Jewelry that has been worn or used
  • Lost items
  • Damage caused by improper use or handling
  • Improper bending or fitting of threadless pins
  • Normal wear and tear

✧ Threadless Jewelry Fit & Responsibility

Threadless jewelry requires proper tension to remain secure.

  • Pins must be gently bent to create a secure fit
  • Improper bending or insertion may cause jewelry to loosen or fall out
  • Loss of jewelry due to improper fit is not covered

We strongly recommend checking the fit before wear and periodically during use.

✧ Non-Defective Returns (Unworn Items Only)

In limited cases, we may accept returns on unworn, unused items:

  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Must be in original condition and packaging
  • Subject to approval

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

✧ Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All custom, special order, or made-to-order items are final sale.

✧ Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance.

✧ Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We recommend using a trackable, insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Body jewelry is a precision item. Proper handling, insertion, and care are essential to ensure longevity and secure wear.
